Where is my board saved?

Only on your phone. We don't have accounts and we don't keep a copy. Tap save wallpaper on your board to add it to Photos so you don't lose it.

How do I save my board as a wallpaper?

Open your board and tap save wallpaper. It is added to your Photos app. Then open Photos, choose the image, tap the share button and pick Use as Wallpaper. If nothing is saved, check that Viselo is allowed to add photos in iPhone Settings → Viselo → Photos.

I deleted the app or got a new phone. Can I get my board back?

Sorry, no. Your board was stored only on your old device. If you have a subscription, you can get it back with Restore purchases and create a new board.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open Viselo and tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen, or in Viselo's settings. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Viselo and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also tap Manage subscription in Viselo's settings. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your trial or billing period to avoid being charged again. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you're stuck, email us and we'll help where we can.

How do I turn off analytics?

Open Viselo's Settings and switch off Share anonymous usage data.

Privacy and your data

Your boards and photos stay on your phone. Read the Privacy Policy or email us to make a privacy request. You can also contact the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).

Who can use Viselo?

Viselo is not directed at children under 13. Parents and guardians: Apple's Ask to Buy lets you approve purchases.
