Viselo Terms of Use

Effective date: 19 October 2026 · Last updated: 19 October 2026

The short version

  • Viselo lets you build a personal vision board and use it as a wallpaper, from stickers, your own photos and notes.
  • Viselo is not directed at children under 13.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple Account settings. Payments and refunds go through Apple.
  • Your board is yours to use personally: save it, print it, set it as your wallpaper.
  • A vision board is for inspiration; it isn't a promise or advice.
  • Be kind and don't misuse the app.
  • Your rights as a consumer under the law always apply, whatever these terms say.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LAM Digital Infrastructure SL ("we", "us"), NIF ESB26805986, CL Cirilo Amorós 58 1, 46004 Valencia, Spain. Contact: support@tioocoo.com.

They cover your use of the Viselo iOS app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA", available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). If these Terms and the Apple EULA conflict, these Terms apply, to the extent the Apple EULA allows.

How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy at viselo.app/privacy.

2. Who can use the App

  • Viselo is not directed at children under 13.
  • If you're under 18, please use the App with your parent's or guardian's knowledge, especially before buying a subscription. Apple's Ask to Buy lets a parent or guardian approve purchases.
  • There are no accounts. Your board is stored on your device.

3. What the App does

You answer a few questions and the App builds a vision board from stickers. You can add your own photos (the App cuts out the subject on your device), add notes, shuffle and arrange your board, save it to your Photos as a wallpaper, and print it.

  • Free: you can build and view your board.
  • Subscription: unlocks features such as editing your board anytime and printing it. The subscription screen shows what is included before you buy.

Your board lives only on your device. If you delete the App or lose your phone, your board is gone, and restoring a purchase brings back your subscription, not your boards. We recommend saving your board to Photos.

We may change, improve or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you've paid for, we'll tell you, and you'll have the rights the law gives you.

4. Subscriptions

4.1 Plans, price and trial

PlanPriceBilling periodFree trial
Weekly$4.99Every weekNone
Yearly$29.99Every year3 days free

The exact price, billing period and any trial for your country are always shown on the subscription screen before you buy, and on Apple's purchase sheet. Prices are shown in your local currency and include any applicable taxes such as VAT, as shown by Apple. The free trial is offered once per Apple Account to new subscribers who are eligible. No plan is chosen for you; you pick one.

4.2 Auto-renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or, if you start a free trial, when the trial ends.
  • Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period (or trial).
  • Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Free trial: if you don't cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • If we ever change the price, Apple will tell you in advance and, where required, ask for your agreement.

4.3 How to cancel

Cancel any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, in the App Store under your account, or with Manage subscription in the App's Settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. When you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.

4.4 Restore Purchases

If you reinstall the App or get a new iPhone with the same Apple Account, tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen or in Settings to get your subscription back. This restores your subscription, not past boards.

4.5 Payments and refunds go through Apple

Apple sells and bills the subscription. Apple's terms (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions) apply to the payment, and refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves, but if you have a problem, email support@tioocoo.com and we'll help where we can.

5. EU and UK right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For purchases made through the App Store, Apple handles the purchase process, including any withdrawal and refund request. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or tell us clearly at support@tioocoo.com and we'll help.

If digital content or services have already been provided at your express request during the withdrawal period, the law may allow your right of withdrawal to be lost or reduced for that content, as set out in the applicable consumer law and Apple's terms. None of this affects your other legal rights, for example if the App doesn't work as described.

6. Acceptable use

Please use Viselo the way it's meant to be used. You agree not to:

  • try to get around paid features or the App's security;
  • reverse-engineer, copy, resell or hack the App, or use bots or scripts to make requests;
  • import photos or other content that you don't have the right to use, or that is unlawful, abusive or harmful to others;
  • use your board to bully, harass, impersonate or harm anyone, or to break any law;
  • use the App or the App's artwork for commercial purposes without our permission (see section 7).

If you break these rules, we may limit your access to the App's online features, to the extent the law allows.

7. Your board and ownership

What you can do with your board. You may use your board for personal, non-commercial purposes: save it, print it, set it as your wallpaper, and share it with friends and on social media.

Who owns what.

  • Your photos and notes stay yours. You are responsible for having the right to use the photos you import.
  • The App, its design, the stickers and other artwork, the fonts and our wordmark belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them as part of your board, for personal, non-commercial use, for as long as you like.
  • Other people may create similar-looking boards, because many people pick similar answers. Your board isn't exclusive.

A vision board is for inspiration. It isn't a prediction, a promise or professional advice (financial, medical, psychological or any other kind). Your 2027 is up to you.

8. Availability

Most of the App works offline, but some things need an internet connection, such as showing the subscription screen and buying or restoring a subscription. We aim to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise the App will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted, for example during maintenance or if a provider has an outage.

9. Warranties and liability

Your consumer rights come first. If you're a consumer, you have legal rights that these Terms can't take away, including the legal guarantee that digital content and services must conform to the contract (in Spain, under the Consumer Protection Act, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007). Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

Subject to that:

  • We provide the App "as is" and "as available", and to the extent the law allows, we don't give any extra warranties beyond those the law requires.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that we couldn't reasonably foresee, or for losing your board if you delete the App or lose your device.
  • We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

10. Ending these Terms

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it (remember to also cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings). We may stop offering the App or suspend access to its online features if you seriously break these Terms or if we must for legal reasons. If we discontinue the App while you have a paid subscription, we'll tell you and you'll have the rights the law gives you.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date, and if a change is important, we'll tell you in the App before it takes effect. Changes won't apply retroactively or reduce what you've already paid for. If you don't agree, you can stop using the App and cancel your subscription.

12. Law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
  • If you're a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live. Otherwise, the courts of Valencia, Spain, have jurisdiction.
  • Please contact us first at support@tioocoo.com. Most problems can be fixed quickly.

13. Apple-specific terms

  • These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the App or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
  • If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you can notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
  • Apple isn't responsible for handling claims about the App (such as product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims). We are, as set out in these Terms.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
  • You confirm you're not in a country subject to a US government embargo and aren't on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14. Other things

  • If part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Apple EULA are the whole agreement between you and us about the App.
